For attendees and accompanying persons NOT staying at the Mohonk Mountain House:

Day Charges

$ 90 per person per day

Dinner Charges

$ 57 per person per day


These charges apply only to workshop participants who are NOT staying at the Mountain House. Mountain House bills the workshop a daily charge for each non-resident attending the workshop, and a separate dinner charge for each non-resident attending dinner. The daily charge includes use of the conference facilities, use of the grounds, and lunch. We regret that there is no discount if you have lunch elsewhere.

Letters of invitation


Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Workshop may write to specifying the necessary details. Please note that this procedure aims to assist delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Workshop. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Workshop. Payment for registration fees must have been finalized, before even requesting an invitation letter. Please make sure that in your request for invitation letter you include:
  • Name, postal address, and a valid e-mail address.
  • IEEE Member number, if you are a member of IEEE.
  • Your paper number, if you are presenting a paper.
  • The words “invitation letter request” in the subject field of your e-mail request.
The visa letters will be e-mailed in a printable colored pdf format and will state only the facts:
  • Workshop title, dates, and location
  • That the requester has paid the required registration fee in full
  • If the requester is a speaker
